Sit in the conservatory or in the garden and you can gaze far out to sea, with panoramic vistas stretching from the Mull in Kintyre to the Isle of Man.

Paintings by local artists adorn the walls of the bar and dining room, where visitors can enjoy local fish, seasonal game and international dishes along the lines of warm Clonakilty black pudding on salad leaves with apple sauce, tandoori-style chicken and escalope of pork and prunes flambéed with Bushmills whiskey and cream.
