The Landmark Hotel, Boardwalk Café - Carrick on Shannon

It's not hard to spot this particular landmark, a luxurious, white-painted complex close to the banks of the River Shannon in the heart of Carrick-on-Shannon.

The Landmark's restaurant called Boardwalk Café named after the new boardwalk across the road has been refurbished in a magnificent contemporary style. For lunch there is a selection of salads, main courses, desserts as well as their famous home-made pies and during the week there is also a daily specials menu. By night the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere serving a menu with seasonal variations and there is also an excellent choice of cocktails.

Light lunches are also available in the conservatory-style Aromas Café overlooking the River Shannon and it is a popular venue for Afternoon Tea.
