Quaglinos At The Century - Dundalk

The celebrated Century Bar occupies a corner site opposite St Patrick's cathedral, and is now home to Pat and Eileen Kerley's latest restaurant venture. Quaglinos sits comfortably amid the historical trappings of the place, and it makes a romantic setting for Pat's innovative modern cooking.

Irish produce forms the backbone of the menu, and the owners avidly source consignments of Carlingford oysters, Cooley lamb, Annagassan salmon and other delicacies from land and sea. Value for money is excellent, especially if you opt for the 'early bird' menu (5.00 – 7.00pm).
