The team behind Ristorante Semplice couldn't resist the opportunity to snap up the vacant, one-time pub premises just round the corner and transform it into a hard-edged, informal sibling of their high flyer. Like its parent, this place deals in specialist salame, cheeses and old-school trattoria staples bolstered by monthly menus focusing on different Italian regions.
