Pesto at Cabbage Hall - Tarporley

Don't be fooled by the quirky name, Pesto at Cabbage Hall is an impressive venue set in 11 acres of grounds in the Cheshire countryside. It has evolved over the years and now operates as an Italian restaurant with a traditional pub environment, featuring cosy log fires in winter.

The restaurant serves an original piattini menu which consists of a series of tapas style dishes or there's the Fresa menu which is is suitable for larger groups. From the menu you might choose calamari fritti, deep fried calamari served with garlic mayonnaise and lemon, polpette di manzo, spicy meatballs in a tasty tomato and garlic sauce, or how about a five inch pizzette with your choice of toppings.

There is a concise wine list, cocktails and a selection of draft beers to complement the food.
