Es Faro - Soller

From a menu that changes monthly which is based on local seasonal produce and fresh fish from the port, expect dishes like red mullet stuffed with prawns and sun dried tomatoes, coated in an olive crust and wrapped in Jabugo jam, sole poached in cava with scallops & beetroot ragout, casserole of rabbit loin fillets and seasonal mushrooms and rib of lamb with mustard crust, partmentier potatoes & sobrasada. Home-made desserts may include chocolate Soup with tropical fruit brochettes and coconut sponge cake or pineapple ravioli filled with seasonal Fruits and served with tutti-frutti Ice cream.
