Pinxo - 1st Arrondissement

Pinxo is Michelin starred chef Alain Dutournier's casual alternative to his famous Carré des Feuillants restaurant and is located in the downtown Renaissance Paris Vendome luxury boutique hotel. The restaurant décor is black and white with minimalist furniture and an open plan kitchen where chef watching is order of the day.

The cuisine is influenced by the Aquitaine region of South West France and all dishes are beautifully served in tapas sized portions that are meant for sharing. Among the many options on the menu try rare sesame glazed tuna, sautéed squid with garlic or perhaps the foie gras tartine.
