Castello - Dachsen

The Castlello restaurant in Laufen Castle, Daschsen is located on a high cliff above the highest waterfalls in Europe, looking out onto the River Rhine. The à la carte restaurant is in the castle's former hall of flags, a stylish venue with its décor of noble silver-grey walls, black leather chairs, and torch lamps. The lounge featuring a fireplace with tables clad in crisp white linen offers a five-course gourmet meal, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients. There is a terrace for al fresco dining to take in the spectacular views.

Sunday brunch is a popular event here and there is also a self-service restaurant where you can enjoy a juicy Bratwurst, as well as a special restaurant for children.
