Restaurant O Recanto serves high quality Galician cuisine. It is a Mecca for food lovers, bridging the divide between Madrid and Galicia with specialities including Galician fish stews (with monkfish or hake) and seafood rice dishes as well as many other dishes that delight its clients. The owner takes care to personally select the highest quality fish and shellfish which are kept in a tank in the restaurant.
