Rheinhotel Fischerzunft and restaurant part of the exclusive collection of Relais and Chateaux properties is located in the city of Schaffhausen, in the northern part of Switzerland. This 17th century building was a former fisherman's Guild house and the interior has been updated to create a modern, but charming establishment.

The restaurant under the leadership of André Jaeger offers diners an extremely memorable gastronomic experience with his creative modern European cuisine, with an Asian influence. There's a choice of two innovative menus, a seasonal menu or the Ying Yang menu which can be paired with wines. André's cuisine has been awarded a Michelin star, as well as 19 points from the prestigious Gault Millau guide. On sunny days you can sit outside on their flower-filled terrace with fantastic views of the River Rhine.
