La Rôtisserie in Auberge de l'Onde is located in a former monastery in the beautiful village of Saint Saphorin, well known for its white wine, terraced vineyards and its picturesque cobbled streets. The restaurant is set on the first floor of the building with old exposed beams and dominated by an imposing fireplace. Head chef Patrick Zimmermann has been awarded a prestigious Michelin star for his modern and creative cuisine. On the ground floor is the wine bar, open all day for coffee, teas, drinks, daily specials, and newspapers. In the basement you will find a contemporary space with comfy couches and deep armchairs in front of a cosy fireplace, where you can relax with an aperitif, a snack, or enjoy the late night music.
