Roganic in Marylebone, formerly the Michael Moore is a two year pop up restaurant owned by renowned chef Simon Rogan of the Michelin starred L'Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria. This is Rogan's first foray to the Capital and the restaurant is a small venue seating just 25 diners, with a modern minimalist décor brightened up by the large colourful murals on the walls.
Ingredients are source with care and menus are peppered with unusual herbs and sea vegetables. For lunch you have the option of choosing a 3 or 6 course menu, while in the evening there is a 6 or 10 course choice. From the weekly changing lunchtime menu there could be crab cream on toast, squid, gem lettuce and fresh peas, followed by caramelised lamb flank and sweetbreads, beetroots, nasturtium and finishing with a warm spiced bread, salted almonds, buckthorn curd, smoked clotted cream.
The front of house team come with an impeccable pedigree, ensuring that the service is both welcoming and knowledgeable.
