Review on Emilio Innobar Y Marcus
Emilio Innobar Y Marcus restaurant can be found a short walk from Jaume III on Carrer de la Concepció in the heart of Palma. Located in an elegant building that is packed with character, it is flooded with natural light from the large picture windows. It has a modern décor decked out in a neutral palette with soaring ceilings featuring beautiful arches and stone pillars, with walls decorated with large art canvases.
Emilio Castrejón has travelled the globe as well as spending 12 years in Japan where he perfected his culinary skills in Japanese cooking. He was also the co-owner of the highly regarded restaurant Bar & Co in Portixol prior to setting up his first solo venture. Today in his restaurant he presents a subtle blend of Mexican, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine which he calls 'Fine Fusion'. The menu is written up daily on a board and is brought to the table by the waiters, who will explain the dishes of sashami, tataki and ceviches which are based on tuna, salmon, and prawns, as well as a selection of white fish. A very popular restaurant it is necessary to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
