Dunkerley's - Deal

Dunkerley's of Deal is situated in a superb location on the seafront overlooking Deal pier and is renowned for their warm hospitality, ultra fresh seafood and Ian Dunkerley himself who is both the owner and part chef of this restaurant and hotel. The theme of the hotel and restaurant is 'Edwardian Elegance' and even the customers slow down to a sedate Edwardian pace while admiring the stunning views of the English Channel.

Fish is a large part of the menu but there are other superb dishes like Barbary duck and local beef. Local produce is used as much as possible and children are well catered for There is an extensive wine list of fine wines, from classic French varieties to exciting discoveries from the New World. There is also a wonderful terrace where you can sit back and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a drink, afternoon tea or some fantastic food from their bistro menu.
