Tucked away in a great location overlooking the Charlestown harbour is Revival. The restaurant is housed in part of the original Rashleigh Fishery and offers diners unique views of the fleet of 19th-Century Square-Rig ships that used to trade all over the world despatching Cornwall's China-Clay.
The restaurant is stylish in its décor retaining many of the original features, such as the granite walls and revealed beams in the high ceiling. An open plan makes for an airy, spacious feel and the tables are comfortably spread out to ensure privacy as well as room to move.
The chef, Grady Boone, uses the finest West Country ingredients to create an ever-changing A La Carte Evening Menu, featuring a good meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian selection. There is an extensive wine list featuring bottles to perfectly accompany any dish.
As well as opening in the evening, Revival also opens for lunch offering a great selection of snacks and brasserie-style dishes. During the warmer months the restaurant and terrace provide the perfect location for a most unique cream tea overlooking the Square Rig ships. In summer there are barbeques and a separate 'terrace menu' featuring Lobster, Oysters and Mussels.
