From the Grill
All our meat is supplied on a daily basis from Brogdale butchers in Faversham, Kent. They are a classic example of a local butcher using time honoured traditions to produce the best quality cuts of meat.
Our beef comes from Sussex breed cattle from Doddington that's matured for 28days.
