Domaine de Triennes, Vin de Pays Var, France
This estate in Provence has some serious pedigree behind it. Two of the owners are from Burgundy, Jacques Seysses (from Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (from the fabled Domaine de la Romanée Conti). This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. A few years bottle age have softened the tannins and added complexity.
