All the wines listed, some of which will be familiar to you, have been chosen with quality and value for money in mind and it is hoped that you will find the selection to your liking and approval. We would ask you, please, to pass on your comments and opinions so that we may continue to work closely with our suppliers to provide the wines you want to enjoy. Crispy, fresh and floral such as blackcurrant and white flowers.

3. 2007 Pouilly Fume Les Cri llotis £34.50
The nose is intense, delicate and fruity. The mouth is just the same
neat, rich and harmonious.

4. 2005 Pouilly Fume Prestige des Fines Caillottes, J.Pabiot £42.50
This Pouilly Fume has great finess, it is round and full bodied, with a distinct
aroma, both flowery and fruity, highlighting the excellent characteristics of
the Sauvignon grape.

Wonderfully fruity and finely balanced.

6. 2004 Vaqueyras Blanc Le Clefs d'Or, Domaine Clos de Cazaux £32.50
A blend of Clairette, Grenache blanc and Roussane creates a full flavoured
dry white with rich fruit and a pure, invigorating yet balanced finish.

7. 2004 La Tabardonne, Viognier, Domaine Saint Amant £37.50
An exquisite dry white with intense layers of fruit combined with vanilla
from barrel fermentation and maturation. This is the « Condrieu » of the
Southern Rhone without the price preminum of it's northern counterpart.

Fresh but positively vibrant with fruit and almost creamy texture.

11. 2006 Saint Veran Domaine Collonge £26.50
Unoaked, vibrant, with floral aromas, a fruit-crammed palate and
lively finish.

12. 2007 Chablis Domaine Alain Geoffroy £32.50
A gently floral nose with nectarine and white peach aromas. The palate
is powerful, with a steely and minerally character with a crisp, clean
finish.

14. 2005 Pouilly Fuisse, Domaine de la Collonge £38.50
Gentle but very flavourful, this wine follows through on the palate
with a delightgul melange of flavors, including pure fruit that captures
the very essence of the Chardonnay grape.

15. 2006 Chablis 1er cru Beauroy, Domaine Alain Geoffroy £45.50
A rich floral bouquet with fruity aromas. The palate is balanced
between finess and strength, and freshness and smoothness.

16. 2005 Meursault Les Chevalieres, Xavier Monnot £61.50
Xavier Monnot's family have been running the Domaine Rene Monnier
in Meurseult for ten generations. Their 2005 les Chevalieres is a
wonderful expression of refined and elegant Chardonnay, where
fruit and oak are complete harmony.

Rewarding structure with a full, opulent palate, balanced by racy
acidity.

Delicious and well made showing a crisp fresh fruit complexity and a
smooth texture.

20. 2007 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Château de la Charriere £29.50
Light ruby red with varietal aromas of strawberries, raspberries and a
hint of hay. In the mout hit is medium-bodied, with balanced, fresh acidity
and light tannins.

21. 2005 Chorey Les Beaune Les Bons Ores £48.50
The wine is robust yet fine, medium bodied with subtle oak ageing. Small
red fruit aromas and gentile oak make it very pleasant and it can easily age.
22. 2003 Gevrey-Chambertin, Serafin Pere & fils £68.50
With crystallised fruit on the nose, the perfume follows through
into the palate supported by a round structure and a balancing freshness.

23. 2004 Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Lecheneaut £82.75
Great colour is a theme of the vintage, and this is another wine
that does not disappoint. With a spicy intensity, there is richness this
year which envelops the tannins and makes the wine particulary
attractive.
24. 2001 Pommard 1ER Cru, Les Rugiens-Bas, Le Royer-Girardin £85.50
Rich, ripe fruit aromas with a nuance of spice and a palate with great
intensity and definition. Perfectly balanced with a long finish.

White gold in colour with fresh, forward aromas of lychees. Lychees dominate
the palate along with honeysuckle and passion fruit flavours, balancing
acidity and a clean finish. A fantastic example of how this grape variety can
offer exquisite fruit and still remain elegant and fresh.

Delightfully light and fruity. It ages gracefully and takes on the
Aromatic character of Pinot Noir.

Flavours of blackcurrant & raspberry. Rounded with well matured tannins-
very fine fruity wine.

Château La Lagune is regarded as one of the top properties within the
classified portfolio of estates in Bordeaux region. A classic vineyard make-up
of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot.
Moulin de La Lagune is the result of barrel selections for
the Grand Vin, with the remaining barrels being selected for this label.
2000 vintage has been seen as truly memorable.

tremendous persistence as well as flavor intensity.

Blueberries, blackberries and cassis.

Classic dark « tar » and perfumed « roses » on the nose, light in colour but
with great power, concentration and well balanced ripe tannins.

The wonderful Tempranillo grape shows it's true colours with softly structured
Fruit creating immediate appeal, with twelve months barrels maturation

Fully flavoured, rich Chardonnay with buttery notes. Fermented in stainless
steel tanks to preserve the exotic and tropical fruit flavours. Has a luscious texture
and a wealth of flavour profound and powerful.

55. 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Alan Scott, New Zealand £28.50
A delicious array of grassy and curranty aromas, with beautiful clean fruit
in abundance on the palate.
56. 2005 Henschke Barossa, Tilly's Vineyard, Australia £31.50
Dry white wine with a lemon-gold colour with fragrant lemon. Honeysuckle
And clover blossom aromas and subtle hints of oak. Gently complex,
opulent and soft with a juicy texture and tight palate.

57. 2002 Felton Road Chardonnay, Central Otago, New Zealand £35.00
Color lemon with a fruity peach and mealy aromas. The xharry oak and citric
overtones are amazingly like several of the Girardins. Richness is super.

61. 2005 Cabernet Merlot, C J Pask, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand £30.50
An intensely flavoured elegant red wine made by entwining the rich strength
Of Cabernet Sauvignon with the soft, velvely texture of Merlot. Well balanced
Red wine with a warm, lingering finish.
62. 2004 Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Henshcke Keyneton Estate £45.50
The regional blend is produced from 70% shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and
10 % Merlot. Aromas of blackcurrants, licorice, tobacco leaf, and spice box are
followed by a medium-bodied, elegant pure red.
63. 2003 Clayvin Pinot Noir, La Strada, Marlborough, N. Z. £62.50
The wine is a typical expression of a high quality New Zealand Pinot noir with a
surprisingly focused structure, given the age of the vines. Neither filtered nor fined,
this youthful and vibrant wine has an immediately appealing elegance and flavour
intensity. Good weight with impeccable purity and balance. Pure, youthful Pinot Noir,
intense fruit, good concentration, very fine, elegant and appealing
with sound structure to age well.
USA AND SOUTH AMERICA

65. 2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Arboleda, Leyda Valley, Chile £29.50
Aromas of citrus and freshly cut grass blend with light notes of asparagus shoots,
Tomato leaf, and green pepper. The palate is fresh and well-rounded, freamed by
bright acidity and a a lively minerality that fills the palate with a long and refreshing
finish.

Intense ruby colour. Deep aromas of raspberries, plums and tobacco are distinctive
to this wine. On the palate we find a full body well structured wine with a long

This Malbec presents an attractive and intense violet color, with a high intensity
of black fruits, guindas and raspberries. Eight months in French oak barrels
provide a spft and round feeling in the mouth.

Clove-like woodspice. The palate is soft whilst retaining firm structure.
