Planet Spice chefs are amongst the finest in the world, with the experience of working in the Taj Group of Hotels in Madras and Bombay. Exciting dishes such as specially selected char-grilled pheasant and cottage cheese marinated in yoghurt and cashew nut puree, seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and garlic and deep fried balls of fresh crab meat and smoked salmon with Goan spices. Served with a coconut and coriander chutney are mouth watering.
