Review on Terraza Carmona
The Terraza Carmona hotel restaurant is in the popular town of Vera in Almería. The restaurant has an independent bar area and a spacious dining room with different areas, all decorated in a traditional style. Its long menu includes traditional dishes based on recipes from Murcia and Andalusia refined for our more modern tastes. Specialities include sausages, shellfish, freshly caught fish, redfish with fennel, aubergines stuffed with anchovies and prawns, and loin of suckling lamb stuffed with spring garlic, wild mushrooms and duck liver. The restaurant is particularly proud of its large wine cellar, which is dedicated to fermented grape juice in all its different guises, with various tasting rooms and more than 600 different wines.
