Pride of place goes to the recently refurbished Conall Cearnach restaurant, which offers assured modern cooking with a smattering of luxury ingredients. Typical dishes might include lobster tagliatelle in Champagne and truffle-scented cream, fillet steak on a potato and bacon rösti with red wine and shallot jus, and desserts such as chocolate and truffle pudding. The hotel also supports two additional restaurants - the marble-floored Setanta and the casual Summit overlooking the golf course.
