A striking red-brick hotel built on the site of an old gasworks in one of Belfast's regenerated neighbourhoods, this branch of the worldwide Radisson chain offers top-notch accommodation, corporate facilities and the aptly named Gasworks restaurant featuring local dishes alongside international grill and deli favourites.
The restaurant overlooks an eye-catching water feature and spectacular fountains created from the old 'grave dock' where boats delivering coal once turned round. It's a plush contemporary dining room with smart polished wood candlelit tables set in a relaxing ambience.
