Review on Red Panda
Red Panda's brigade of Hong Kong-trained chefs works to a lengthy menu that covers most of the Cantonese, Peking and Szechuan staples, with a few detours to other corners of the Far East here and there.
Mainstays such a fried squid with salt and chilli, beef with green pepper and black bean sauce, and aromatic crispy duck are supplemented by Thai squid cakes, Dumpling and pork with dried shrimps and fine beans – a dish that has Malaysian overtones. There's a branch of Red Panda at Belfast's Odyssey Pavilion and Red Panda at Junction One, Antrim.
