Since opening in 1983, this family-run restaurant has become something of an institution in Brighton with its stylish, contemporary design laid out over three floors with modern lighting, bespoke silk shades and polished bamboo wood flooring throughout. While serving mainly modern Chinese cuisine, the menu also includes other favourites such as Thai green curry and Japanese dishes like salmon teriyaki.
