The menu offers a unique blend of traditional two-thousand-year old recipes and modern Indian cuisine. All the dishes are freshly prepared and use locally-sourced ingredients to produce treats such as a mix of peppers, mushrooms, fresh coriander and onions wrapped in a deep fried thin bread and served with lamb. However, it is in its selection of vegetarian dishes where the Mango House really excels, with specialities such as the beautifully simple vegetable curry cooked with sliced coconut and almonds.
