The Grey Restaurant is housed within the splendid city centre Hilton Cardiff Hotel opposite Cardiff Castle, and a short drive from the rail station and two minutes from the St David's 2 Shopping Centre. The restaurant is light and airy with a modern conservatory design that allows fabulous view of the cosmopolitan city centre.

The kitchen offers a seasonal menu that showcases many local ingredients such as a succulent cut of Welsh Marsh lamb, together with a selection of eclectic international dishes. There is a well thought out wine list to complement the food as well as a tasty cocktail menu.
