The dining room has a great sense of style with an ornate corniced ceiling, original fireplaces and expansive Georgian windows flooding the dining room with natural light.
Expect an array of modern Scottish dishes prepared with locally sourced seasonal ingredients wherever possible, John Brandon takes great pride in ensuring that all his dishes are hearty and tasty. Start with perhaps roasted beetroot salad, goat's cheese, rocket cress and aged balsamic vinegar before say braised lamb shank - slowly cooked, ensuring the meat is so tender it falls from the bone. Finish with the very popular recommendation of dark chocolate tart, tempting all chocolate lovers to lose themselves in the intensely rich cocoa taste.
