A culinary taste of Mogul India is served by the chefs of Rajasthan where diners can enjoy a fantastic meal in an untraditional but beautiful restaurant.
Decorated with flowers, plants and Indian paintings, the minimalist surroundings of this restaurant are in contrast to the taste explosion offered.
Using only freshly ground spices, Rajasthan creates its own culinary twist to fusion food and rich Rajasthan specialities using a variety of ingredients including king prawns, trout and red mullet. For those not so daring the menu also offers diners traditional Indian dishes although some of these are re-designed with creative imagination from the chef.
