Review on The Abbeville
Whilst it is difficult to imagine anywhere in South West London as having a genuine 'village atmosphere', it is apparent that The Abbeville, with its raging fires and cosy interior, has quickly become a neighbourhood hub for Clapham South locals.
The rustic wooden tables and vintage light fittings create an ambience of effortless style and warmth, whilst the well-chosen menu offers fresh, seasonal pub dining with daily changing specials. Typical dishes might include crab meat on lightly toasted bread followed by a hearty homemade burger, and finished with a traditional apple crumble. Simple food, beautifully executed.
