A glorious seaside location is one of the prime attractions at this recently developed and substantially extended luxury hotel. It stands in a fabulous spot overlooking spectacular Ballycotton Bay, just a short drive from one of Ireland's finest beaches.
The modern restaurant makes the most of the views, which provide a pleasing backdrop to classic international cooking. Locally landed seafood is a speciality and it's handled in straightforward fashion: expect dishes like goujons of monkfish with tartare sauce, grilled whole plaice or baked hake with tomato and basil sauce. There are simple meat dishes, too, plus desserts such as strawberry mille-feuille.
