Restaurant Fujiya of Japan is one of two Japanese restaurants in the Best Western Hotel Airport in Glattbrugg, just 15 minutes by train to Zurich. The dining room has an authentic Asian ambience and was the first Japanese restaurant in Switzerland to introduce the teppanyaki grill. The Japanese chef prepares and cooks a variety of specialities with great mastery and dexterity at your table, including fish, meat, vegetables and bean sprouts. The Fujiya also offers a standard menu with dishes and multi-course menus, as well as set menus and takeaways, which the diner can put together and order online for collection or delivery. Sake, whiskey, wine and cocktails are also served at the hotel bar, adjoining the restaurant.
