Located at the top end of Guildford the Mandolay is the most awarded independent hotel in the area, with its restaurant the recipient of two AA rosettes. Designed and styled in such a way as to be unique to Guildford, it is certain that both venue and food encompass all that is required for a truly memorable gastronomic experience.

Light snacks on the terrace at lunchtime or something more substantial in the restaurant in the evening, rain or shine. The chefs pride themselves on using the finest local ingredients available and feel that the dishes make the most of what the local food producers have to offer.
