The Ringhotel Sellhorn is a family-owned business run by the Dierksen family for five generations. It has managed to retain rustic comfort and warm hospitality along with other traditions. Guests can dine in homely inn rooms, hunting-style lounges or the elegant dining rooms. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is fresh and home-made. Ingredients are sourced locally and recipes draw inspiration from regional cuisine. The menu includes everything from buttermilk potatoes with fried egg to rare rump steak. Separate dining areas and special menus are available for parties of up to 80 people.
