The Valley Restaurant is housed in the Pilgrim County House Hotel which offers an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. With fantastic views of the valleys beyond, the Pilgrim Restaurant has a relaxing ambience with an exciting marriage of British and French cuisine.
You might like to start with Warm salad of char-grilled chicken, smoked bacon and salad leaves tossed in a pesto dressing and maybe continue with Wye Valley salmon wrapped in bacon and served on a bed of spinach with a cucumber and fresh herb sauce, or perhaps chicken breast stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables, topped with mozzarella wrapped in a filo pastry parcel. Before the coffee arrives, why not tuck into the hazelnut and two chocolate torte served with crème fraiche.
