Heading the kitchen is expert Argentinean chef Daniel Veron who has honed his skills butchering and grilling pampas reared beef for five decades. The finest ingredients are sourced for his menu and cooked on their own custom made grill. So expect grilled king prawns served with alioli, lemon and garlic before a main course of succulent cooked steak or surf and turf, with your choice of beef and grilled half a lobster tail in the shell with lemon sauce.
