The Rôtisserie restaurant is set in the Royal Park Hotel, a luxurious and exclusive country house hotel in its own extensive parkland, with views of the Alps in the peaceful village of Kandersteg. The candlelit restaurant is classic in style and offers elegant dining with soft piano music two or three times a week adding glamour to the proceedings. The menu is traditional French in style with modern touches to the fore and service is polite and accomplished.
