The place oozes elegance and refinement, and it has the bonus of impressively varied leisure facilities, plus all the necessary amenities for conferences and weddings.
The restaurant has been tastefully refurbished in keeping with the hotel's character, and it makes a smart, welcoming setting for celebrity Marco Pierre White's menu inspired by his Italian heritage, offering traditional Italian classics with a modern twist and New York influences.
The kitchen draws on local supplies wherever possible for its American-Italian dishes that includes fresh pastas, handmade pizzas, succulent steaks, ribs and seafood. Elsewhere there's appetizers in the shape of crispy New York buffalo wings with blue cheese dip or grilled jumbo shrimps brushed with rosemary, garlic butter and sea salt. Main courses take in escalope of chicken Milanese, spaghetti di Pomodoro or fish fans will enjoy the 8oz salmon steak alla napoletana, cherry tomatoes and green olives.
