Review on Yashin Sushi
Yashin Sushi is West London's latest sushi bar tucked away on a side street off Kensington High Street. It is owned by two master sushi chefs, Yasuhiro Mineno who worked at Ubon by Nobu and Shinya Ikeda of Yumi. The prime seats in the house are on the high stools at the counter, where you can watch the skilful chefs at work. A fluorescent light shines out on the dark green tiled wall with the motto 'Without Soy Sauce but if you want to'.
Artistically presented and serving some of the best sushi in London you could choose kaki su, fresh oysters with a spicy vinegar dressing to start, followed by sashimi without soy sauce, 12 pieces of Yashin style assorted sashimi. There is a well chosen wine list to complement the array of tempting delicacies together with a saké list.
