Review on The Borough
The Borough gastro pub is set in a lovely listed Georgian building with Victorian frontage, situated in the centre of Lancaster overlooking historical Dalton Square. The large pub has been carefully restored to its former glory, and features a large restaurant as well as the bar and two beer gardens. The kitchen is passionate when it comes to sourcing local produce and ingredients in order to keep their carbon footprint low. They serve food all day from breakfast through to dinner, including Lancashire specialities, as well as pub classics and their popular create-your-own deli board. They are also able to hold private functions in their upstairs drawing room.
