Review on Feathers Hotel
The Feathers Hotel's imposing 16th century black and white facade immediately exudes an air of historic character, reminding you of the hotel's original incarnation as a hostelry for travellers requiring sustenance. The days of horse-drawn carriages may be long behind us, but at The Feathers you can still get some well-deserved respite from the stresses and strains of 21st century life.
The hotel in fact offers several dining alternatives under the same roof, with excellent standards of cuisine recognised by an AA Rosette. The sumptuous Quills Restaurant retains an air of refined elegance and serves some of the finest cuisine Ledbury has to offer. The Fuggles Brasserie is more laid-back, offering excellent British cuisine but in slightly less formal surroundings. There is also the Lounge that serves traditional afternoon teas, and those requiring just liquid refreshment will be pleased with the range of beers, ales and wines the Bar has to offer.
