A hefty contingent of around 70 different dim sum is one of the kitchen's trademarks: look for deep-fried prawn dumplings, 'pot sticker' dumplings with red vinegar and shredded ginger dip, and steamed baby squid balls.

The main menu trawls its way through the Cantonese repertoire, bringing on board salt-and-pepper pork ribs, crispy roast duck, steamed scallops with seasonal vegetables, plus sizzlers, casseroles, rice and noodle specialities.
