In the centre of Mallorca, Celler Can Carrossa restaurant occupies a modernised 18th Century town house close to the centre of Lloseta Celler Can Carrossa has been in the same family for over one hundred years and the restaurant is now run by award-winning Chef/Patron Joan Abrines.
Traditional old local recipes are the workshop manual here and there is no a la carte menu! What comes out of the kitchen forms a daily changing five course menu all based on the freshest ingredients with vegetarian options as well.
It gets even better; the wine list of some 50 bins, Spanish and Mallorcan are charged at wine shop rates!
