For afters, try Bakewell tart or vanilla crème brûlée with poached rhubarb.
Real ales are on tap, and the wine list is a short slate from Adnams of Southwold - a few miles down the coast. Morning coffee, afternoon teas and light meals are also available in the hotel's main bar.
