Review on Adam's Brasserie, Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa
Housed within the historic Robert Adam Stable building of the Luton Hoo Hotel and designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, Adam's Brasserie offers a less formal style of dining. The decor is light and contemporary, with leather sink-in banquettes and chandeliers adorning the ceiling. True to the star-studded legacy of the building, the restaurant's walls are lined with stills from many films and TV shows shot on location at Luton Hoo.
Complementing the interior, the British menu is equally modern and infused with outside influences, offering popular dishes such as aged English beef rib eye, crab and crayfish tagliatelle and pan-seared marinated Scottish salmon.
