Can March in Manacor was established in 1925 and is today run by the founders grandsons Miguel & Tolo, who have refurbished in an elegant fusion of traditional and modern making the atmosphere warm and inviting and the perfect setting to savour their cuisine.
Can March teases the senses with its cooking. It combines Mediterranean and Mallorcan flavours with the exoticism of Asia or America. Chef, Miguel Gelabert, is known for the art of cooking first class ingredients well.
Impeccable presentation, originality and tradition are the defining elements in his surprising menu. It is accompanied by a select but carefully chosen wine list comprising Mallorcan and Spanish wines as well as Cavas and dessert wines.
