Review on Marriott Worsley Park Hotel,Grill in the Park
Set in 200 acres of grounds, Worsley Park was constructed around restored Victorian farm buildings, and it now functions as a hotel and country club with top-flight facilities including a championship golf course.
The Grill in the Park has a smart contemporary style offering a range of dishes from classic steaks, fresh seafood to pasta and sharing dishes. Typically you will find braised beef brisket hash brown served with a fried free range egg or grilled king prawns, chorizo, lemon and coriander amongst the starters. When it comes to main courses there's the Park's signature 6oz burger, beef tomato, chorizo, crispy bacon and Monterey Jack cheese or for fish fans seafood linguine with mussels, cockles and clams. To finish there are desserts such as lemon panna cotta, roasted rhubarb and toasted meringue or the chocolate pot, milk chocolate mousse, soaked cherries and cookie biscuit.
