Cenador de Salvador is located in an elegant house in Moralzarzal in the sierra of Madrid. Chef Salvador Gallego offers traditional cuisine based on local and seasonal ingredients from a short but continuously changing menu, in a warm, intimate and friendly atmosphere. Diners can enjoy dishes such as shaved truffle soup or suckling pig confited in Picual oil with young garlic in one of its several dining rooms or on one of the three terraces.
