'The guest is the King' is written on the flag of the Hotel - Restaurant Zur Post in Münster-Nienberge. Owner, Thomas Middrup keeps the focus on German cuisine. Head chef, Andre Roters, and his team serve delicacies made from only fresh produce, sourced daily from the local market. However, the restaurant is not only renowned for its regional and seasonal delicacies, but also for its cold, hot, or themed buffets, with festive Menus and other offers like, for example, the fish buffet on St. Nikolaus day. There is enough available with anything from good bourgeois cuisine to exquisite options, not only with what is offered in the restaurant, but also the catering service. The 'earthy' restaurant is able to accommodate celebrations for private, business gatherings, or all- day events.
