L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon - Étoile is the second Atelier restaurant in Paris, located in the basement of the Drugstore Publicis complex, at the end of the fashionable avenue des Champs-Élysées and a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Decked out smartly in tones of red and black, diners have the choice of sitting at a table or the long counter.
The kitchen prepares more than sixty dishes using market-fresh seasonal produce for its French cuisine with Spanish and Asian influences. Typical offerings at the two-starred Michelin restaurant are sea urchin with wasabi mousse, black cod in a bouillon of daikon radish and yuzu zest, carpaccio of Daurade and foie gras in port jelly with parmesan cream.
