Review on No 1 The Bank Bistro, Parklands Hotel
No. 1 The Bank Bistro overlooks the Parklands Hotel's garden on Perth's St Leonard's Bank and a delightful location if ever there was one. The place has been awarded the Best Bistro Award from the Scottish Hotel Awards in 2009 and 2011 and continues to get rave press reviews. Executive Chef Graeme Pallister, while spending some time at 63 Tay Street Restaurant keeps a firm hand on the tiller and has managed to source the best in Perthshire produce.
Alongside the seasonal À la Carte menu the grill menu offers the best in locally sourced Aberdeen Angus beef marinated and char grilled to enhance the flavour of the dishes. No. 1 The Bank Bistro not only offers its À la Carte and Grill menu throughout the evening, but also a fantastic separate lunch menu.
